Job Opening: Quality Assurance Engineer GxP (global)

Are you an experienced Quality Professional with a deep understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies? Do you excel in ensuring the highest standards of quality in products and processes, and have a knack for addressing and resolving customer concerns? Are you a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills?

Quality Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and processes throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant industry standards.
  • Establish and maintain a robust quality control framework, including risk assessments, control plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Review and approve technical specifications, validation documents, and quality reports.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all quality assurance activities, including control plans, process flow diagrams, product specifications, and change management records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and optimize quality-related processes.

Customer-Focused Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary quality liaison for customers, addressing quality-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure customer requirements are accurately captured in validation documents and integrated into project milestones.
  • Define and agree upon the necessary documentation (e.g., control plans, capability studies, quality certifications) required for customer approval prior to product launch.

What We Are Looking For

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing or product development environment.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve quality challenges.
  • Experience working in an international environment with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in the Pharma, Consumer Goods, Automotive, or Electronics Industry is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and relevant industry standards.
