Job Opening: Quality Assurance Engineer GxP (global)
Are you an experienced Quality Professional with a deep understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies? Do you excel in ensuring the highest standards of quality in products and processes, and have a knack for addressing and resolving customer concerns? Quality Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and processes throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure alignment with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant industry standards.
- Establish and maintain a robust quality control framework, including risk assessments, control plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review and approve technical specifications, validation documents, and quality reports.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all quality assurance activities, including control plans, process flow diagrams, product specifications, and change management records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and optimize quality-related processes.
Customer-Focused Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary quality liaison for customers, addressing quality-related inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure customer requirements are accurately captured in validation documents and integrated into project milestones.
- Define and agree upon the necessary documentation (e.g., control plans, capability studies, quality certifications) required for customer approval prior to product launch.
What We Are Looking For
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing or product development environment.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve quality challenges.
- Experience working in an international environment with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in the Pharma, Consumer Goods, Automotive, or Electronics Industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and relevant industry standards.
