Function

• Shaping and integrating the quality technical processes and practices across the BE sites as much as possible in order to create further efficiencies
• Leading, coaching, developing and supporting the QA Technical Team in order to meet the company and Quality Assurance department goals
• Ensuring full and adequate control over all quality aspects of the technical (manufacturing) environment:
• This includes the areas of Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, Pest control, Change-over/Cleaning of manufacturing installations,…
• This includes activities like the support, review and approval of deviations, changes & qualifications and performance reviews.
• Organising effective support for the Quality Assurance activities by:
• Reviewing, approving and maintaining master data (eg. SAP, LIMS, CRS,…)
• Performing the Batch Record Review (BRR)
• Manage Quality administrative processes for authorities (API registration,…), customers (questionnaires, statements, COC,…), sites (SMF, SVR,…), products (APR,…) and performance (monthly KPI’s,…).
• Building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders to enable optimal cooperation by:
• Actively listening to their concerns, demonstrating accountability and acting proactively
• Communication actively towards internal stakeholders about the status, possible change and impact.
• Being the quality representative in company technical meetings
• Supporting the overall improvement of the Quality Management Systems

Profile

• You have a Master degree in Science and more than 5 years of experience in a Quality Management related function within the pharma or related industries
• You have some first experiences in people management
• You know how to deal with pressure and deadlines & how to deal with setting the right priorities
• You are able to oversee all processes in and outside the company
• You have a good understanding of GMP and various quality regulations within you domain
• You are able to bring structure in a complex matter. You work well organised and planned
• You are a strong communicator in Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
• You possess excellent IT-skills (O365). Knowledge of SAP and Sharepoint is a plus
