My client focuses on a very interesting field of cell therapy and are looking to expand their teams in Belgium. You will be part of their scientific development and work in a very niche sector.They are relatively young so are still growing which means you will be able to join them still at the beginning and have lots of opportunities for progression.You will work together within a young R&D team supporting the R&D production of innovative cell therapy products, be able to get involved in various tasks and expand on your existing experience dramatically.Responsibilities
  • Take part in the transitioning of methods from R&D to GMP status.
  • Take part in technology transfer from the R&D or subcontractor
  • Take part in analytical method validation
  • Take part in GMP processes implementation, including new facilities, equipment qualification, …
  • Participate in daily maintenance of the laboratory (bench and floor cleaning, waste evacuation, general aspect, management of QC Reagents stock level, equipment calibration and maintenance).
  • Draft/reviewsQC documents (procedures, forms, instructions, specifications...).
  • Draft tech transfer, development, validation protocols or reports of analytical methods Interprets analytical results
  • Initiate deviation, change control linked to his/her work and performs the investigation.
  • Implement CAPA.
Requirements
  • Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, etc.
  • experience in a GMP environment (min 2 years)
  • Experience with cell culture is a MUST! Experience with ELISA, FACS, NTA and qPCR is a bonus
  • fluent English only
