We are looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant to join the team based at our Nazareth, Belgium location. This will report to the Quality Systems Manager and we envision this contract covering January - May 2022.

Main Objectives:

  • Working on own initiative; provide administrative support in a timely, efficient and accurate manner in a team environment.
  • Dispatch and handling of complaints in a timely manner.
  • To assist in any area of quality at Perrigo CSCI level
  • Works under general supervision

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the online Learning Management System
  • Complaints administration and investigation
    • Perform complaints administration for all product types
    • Coordinate complaint investigations for Medical Device products, cosmetics, medicines and other product categories if necessary.
    • Acts as a back-up for complaint handling on other product categories
    • Review complaint reports and data
    • Follow up corrective actions
    • Propose improvements to the effectiveness of complaint handling
    • Assist in the trend analysis of Complaints
  • Assist in setting up Quality agreements with the affiliates or other service providers.
  • Maintain and management of access rights in Sharepoint, S-drive, Trackwise,…
  • Work on CAPAs and Non-conformities.
  • Document Control (archiving, publishing, … documents) and recording of trainings (completing training matrix, competence matrix, tracking the level of training,…)
  • General administration work and ad hoc duties as they arise.
  • You will be based in the Perrigo offices in Nazareth (near Ghent), Belgium.

Profile:

  • Bachelor in science (preferably with 2 years’ experience) or Master in Science or related discipline
  • Postgraduate qualification desirable
  • No previous experience required.
  • Demonstrate the highest levels of professional integrity; inter personal communication skills, commitment and attention to details.
  • An excellent knowledge of popular software applications as Word, Excel, Power Point is essential.
  • An ability to win the confidence of management and staff and to demonstrate at all times a level of discretion and professionalism.
  • An ability to work with a varied workload across the full spectrum of administration.
  • A high level of reliability, flexibility and enthusiasm is required and the ability to deliver results while working under tight deadlines and balancing a variety of priorities is particularly important.
  • The ability to work within a team environment and also on your own are essential for the successful performance.
  • The ability to co-ordinate and positively influence in a way which enhances the overall levels of effectiveness and teamwork of those working in the Perrigo CSCI QA team
  • Computer literacy is required, with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience with Trackwise is an asset.
