Job Description

Voor onze productie-site in Heist-op-den-Berg zijn we op zoek naar een:

Quality Assurance Specialist (tijdelijk contract)

De functie

Binnen onze Steriele Productie afdeling , beoordeelt de QA Specialist tijdig de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde batches. Daarnaast onderzoekt en volgt de QA Specialist de kwaliteitsafwijkingen in productie en afwijkende analyseresultaten op.

Tevens ontwikkelt en begeleidt de QA Specialist projecten om herhaling van afwijkingen te voorkomen en om het algemene kwaliteitsniveau te verhogen.

De QA Specialist is een belangrijk onderdeel van het behalen van optimale productkwaliteit en vooropgestelde productiedoelstellingen van de Steriel afdeling..

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Mogelijke kwaliteitsimpact nagaan over de geproduceerde batchen op basis van alle beschikbare gegevens.
  • Onderzoeken van “Out-of-Specification” analyseresultaten, samen met Quality Laboratorium en QA Collega’s.
  • Begeleiden van onderzoeken bij afwijkingen. Goedkeuren van afwijkingsrapporten geïnitieerd door productie, labo’s en andere afdelingen.
  • Goedkeuren van en zelf definiëren van correctieve acties om invloed van “Out-of-Specification” analyseresultaten en afwijkingen te beperken.
  • Goedkeuren van en zelf definiëren van preventieve acties om herhaling van “Out-of-Specification” analyseresultaten en afwijkingen te voorkomen.
  • Opvolgen van tijdige uitvoering van de correctieve en preventieve acties.
  • Controleren en goedkeuren van niet batchgerelateerde documenten (vb onderhoud, kalibratie, interventies).
  • Opmaken van trending per product in Product Review Report
  • Behandelen van klachten van de markt.

Wat Zoeken Wij

  • Hogere academische opleiding in een wetenschappelijke richting.
  • Eervaring met probleemoplossende technieken in defarmaceutische industrie of in een productie-omgeving.
