We are looking for Quality Control Biologics Specialists who are analytical, proactive, and strong communicators to join our Quality Control team, based at our UCB campus in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.

About The Role

As a Quality Control (QC) Biologics Specialist, you will manage laboratory investigations, handle deviations, and support audits and product launches. You will ensure the implementation and updates of methods and analytical documentation, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Who You Will Work With

You will collaborate closely with Team leaders of the laboratory, Quality Assurance (QA) team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. You will also support the training and development of team members.

What You Will Do

• Lead laboratory investigations and handle deviations.
• Write specifications and sampling plans for QC products.
• Support audits and product launches by sharing data.
• Implement and update methods and analytical documentation.
• Change control management creation/ participation and follow up and action items
• Communicate lead times and investigations to stakeholders.
• Participate in improvement studies and projects.

• Degree in a relevant scientific field.
• Experience in laboratory investigations and quality control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks.
• Stress resilient.
