Our partner is a small company of about 80 people, known worldwide in the field of manufacturing storage containers, transport and handling elements in nuclear environment. In order to expand its team, we are looking for a Quality Controller (M/F).You will be responsible for controlling and verifying the conformity of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products and ensuring their traceability. You will also be responsible for the follow-up of customer inspections or certification bodies.
  • To know and apply the procedures and documents related to its Quality Control function
  • Carry out quality control activities according to his/her skills, certifications and their relevance:
    • Visual control
    • Dimensional control (concentricity of perpendicularity, straightness, internal bore control, symmetry measurement, depth measurement with 2D column, runout, stop breakage, surface control...)
    • Non-Destructive Testing: Penetrant Testing (level 2) and Magnetic Testing (level 2)
    • Three-dimensional inspection
    • Ultrasonic inspection (level 2)
    • Participate in Customer Inspections
    • Detect non-conformities in production
    • Carry out the appropriate tests (Hydraulic, tests and load, cross-cut, adhesion, porosity, etc.)
    • Participate in any internal or external audits
    • Write the traceability documents of all the controls
    • Go to the supplier’s site to carry out his control activity, if necessary and mandated by the Quality Manager
    • To go to the customer’s site, to carry out his control activity, if necessary and mandated by the Quality Manager
    • A technical degree
    • 5 to 10 years experience in a similar position
