What You’ll Do

As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Quality Control: Oversee the inspection and testing of electrical components to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Process Optimization: Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to enhance product quality.
  • Documentation: Prepare quality control plans, reports, and documentation to meet regulatory and client requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Customer Interaction: Collaborate with clients to address quality-related concerns and provide technical support.
  • Compliance: Ensure all processes and products adhere to ISO standards and other industry regulations.

Your Profile

  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in Electromechanical, Industrial or Relevant Field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in quality assurance for electrical components, vehicles, or a similar industry is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001), testing methodologies, and tools is a strong advantage.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office; experience with ERP systems and statistical analysis tools is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
