The Quality Performance Manager – ESG Analytics Impact is tasked to manage the quality performance of the ESG Analytics Impact research lines, supervise and improve the quality assurance process, and train associates for improvement.



Responsibilities:
  • Manage the quality performance of ESG Analytics processes
    • lead the development and maintenance of tools to measure quality performance (quality scoring files, Competencies file, complaints file, etc)
    • collect agreed KPIs on quality performance across all teams, analyse performance and propose corrective actions when needed to support people’s growth on the quality of their work
    • discuss and follow-up on accreditations of quality assurance (QA) reviewers
  • Develop and maintain the correct understanding and application of quality targets, process, guidelines and tools for all its stakeholders within ESG Analytics
    • Follow-up on training plans that support achieving quality targets and implementing quality controls processes
    • Analyse output of QA3 and QA4 results with PMs and quality assurance (QA) reviewers to identify gaps and validate proposed action plans
  • Promote continuous improvement within ESG Analytics processes
    • organize consultations to identify best practices inside and outside ESG Analytics and identify improvements
    • Develop opportunity note for continuous improvement of process, guidelines and/or tools and manage the associated project to implement these improvements, with their ad-hoc stakeholders

  • Graduate studies in a related discipline (sustainability, climate, environmental sciences, environmental economics, energy, etc.)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in ESG research;
  • Proven experience in one or more sustainable investment strategies: (i) negative/exclusionary screening; (ii) best-in-class/positive screening; (iv) ESG integration; (v) impact investing; (vi) thematic investments; (vii) socially responsible investing; and (viii) green finance.
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous, achieving thoroughness and accuracy in quality assurance;
  • Excellent proficiency of written and spoken English (working language), with ability to analyse, synthesise and editing skills;
  • Ability to collect and manipulate quantitative and qualitative data ;
  • Proficient in technical document research and information organisation;
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), ideally with proven ability to manage large datasets in Excel;
  • Coaching, communication, and good listening skills
The ESG Analytics team delivers analytical and production capacity in a centralized manner to meet the needs of all MESG’s business lines. In addition to conducting analytical work, team members serve as Subject Matter Experts regarding ESG data, analytics and opinion.
