What will be your responsibilities?

As a Regional Clinical Trial Associate, you provide clinical trial administration support to Trial Managers and Clinical Research Associates (CRA). 60% of your time will be spend on regional activities, where you will be working closely together with other Regional CTAs. You will be responsible for cross boarder support over 9 countries. 40% of your time, you will spend on local activities.

• Ensure and drive consistency in the electronic filing system
• Trial start-up support
• Ensuring timely and adequate archiving at closeout
• Providing printed patient material and other printed material
• Supporting and tracking trial related payments
• Organization of local meetings (as applicable)
• Supporting clinical supplies management and tracking
• Providing relevant system training to CRAs
• Working with the Project Manager and core study team to ensure project deliverables
• Developing and maintaining project tracking tools and generating project status reports

To enable success in this position you will have:

• Experience inClinical Research
• Previousexperience working as a Study Coordinator (Clinical Trials), Clinical Trial Coordinator, Clinical Trial Associate/Assistant, In House CRA and strong administrative background is a plus.
• Strong IT skills
• Interested in and willing to work both locally and across countries. Experienced in working across borders is preferable.
• Strong communicator
• Knowledge of ICH GCP is a plus
• A very good professional knowledge of English, Dutch (B1) and French (B1)
