YOUR ROLE

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and business-minded employee to join their sales team in Eupen.

As a Sales Manager, you will have multiple responsabilies:

  • You are responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales department in close cooperation with the management
  • You coordinate the projects with different managers, internal and external departments
  • You support and development the Sales Department:
  • You have a pro-active approach to sales development
  • You develop new markets in existing and new customers
  • You also develop the profitability aspect of sales: Ebit
  • You develop the digitalization of the sales tool
  • You increase the company turnover
  • You give the necessary impulses to the whole Sales department in order to achieve increasing results while ensuring profitability
  • You ensure the coordination and development of sales activities with the marketing department

YOUR PROFILE

  • Do you have a Technical Bachelor`s degree or equivalent technical experience?
  • Are you technology-savvy and success-oriented?
  • Do you speak fluenty at least 3 of these languages: French, English, Dutch, German?
  • Are customer focus and do you like to challenge yourself?
