  • Collaborate within a team to diagnose product failures, strategize corrective measures, incorporate process enhancements, and contribute pivotal insights to new designs, all aimed at optimizing the uptime of current and upcoming products.
  • Operate within the Research and Development (R&D) team, reporting directly to the R&D Reliability Manager.
Your Profile:
  • Demonstrated passion for technology and its dynamic transitions.
  • Pragmatic and proactive approach that drives tangible outcomes.
  • Dedication to upholding consistency as a hallmark of your work.
  • A collaborative team player, proficient in English communication.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional global travel.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience or a Master’s degree in Engineering, ICT, informatics, or a relevant equivalent field.
  • Familiarity with software programming, specifically in languages like Python, C/C++.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Linux systems and network communication protocols (TCP/UDP, etc.).
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to grasp software system architectures.
  • Practical experience in HTML, XML, and various communication protocols.
  • Familiarity with improvement methodologies like 6 Sigma is advantageous.
Key Technical Proficiencies:
  • Proficiency in Python programming: a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience necessary for data analysis and new product testing.
  • Strong grasp of electronics principles.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering or Master’s in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience with programming languages like C or C++ are a nice to have.
