We’re Hiring: Resident Advanced Fixed Equipment Inspector (4-Month Contract) – Oudsbergen, Belgium

PPI Quality & Engineering is actively recruiting for a Resident Advanced Fixed Equipment Inspector to support QA source inspection activities for our client at a fabrication facility in Oudsbergen, Belgium.

  • ???? Location: Oudsbergen, Belgium
  • ???? Start Date: August 1, 2025
  • ???? Duration: 4 months (est. ship date: December 15, 2025)
  • ???? Schedule: 5–6 days per week

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will perform critical source inspections of a Vessel Tower (clad on the lower section, with internal trays). This is a resident assignment, requiring close collaboration with both vendor and client QA/QC teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site inspections during pressure vessel fabrication
  • Ensure adherence to all QA, technical, and safety standards
  • Maintain thorough documentation and reporting
  • Act as liaison between vendor and client representatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in equipment inspection
  • Proven background in pressure vessel fabrication
  • Certified in PAUT and TOFD inspection methods
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Valid Visa to work in the European Union
