We are looking for a Sales Advisor who is passionate and motivated by mechanical watches for a well-known client in the watch industry.

As a Sales Advisor, you will represent the company, its products and its values.

You will be responsible for translating customer needs and expectations into profitable sales in order to build customer loyalty and ensure that the company’s business objectives are met.

A typical day in your new position looks like this:

You arrive at the boutique at 10 am to get the store and display cases ready, and you take the opportunity to have coffee with your colleagues while discussing the latest developments in the watchmaking industry.

You greet (in the 3 languages : Dutch - French- English) the day’s first customers when the store opens at 10:30 a.m.

Some of them know exactly what they are looking for, but others have no idea.

Your role is to listen to the customers’ needs and desires and offer them THE watch that meets all their needs.

After a thorough theoretical training, you will have all the keys to answer customers’ questions (about the different models, mechanisms, values and philosophies of the 13 brands offered).

You will also be in possession of a professional cell phone to build your customer network and be available for any questions.

You will also communicate via email with clients and potential clients before, during or after the sale.

The goal of your day is to provide incomparable quality service to every customer.
