A retail company in Brussels is urgently looking for a self-employed Sales/commercial controller for a period of 4 months.

The Interim Manager’s key responsibilities will include:

  • Determine, monitor and adjust departmental budgets and forecasts;
  • Draw up analytical reports;
  • Advise and determine ways to optimise the business on the basis of key indicators;
  • Ensure budgetary control of the administrative department and the shop;
  • Provide revenue/figures simulations;
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and long-term strategic plans;
  • Ensure that the financial statements reflect the operational reality;
  • Define and implement KPIs for optimal monitoring of activity performance.

The key qualifications required for this interim Sales Controller management job:

The ideal candidate has a strong and proven experience in Sales controlling preferably in the retail industry. The candidate should be hands-on and autonomous with excellent communication skills. He/she must be strong in using Excel and must have an analytical mindset. The perfect candidate needs to be fluent in French and have a good practise of English and Dutch.
