Function

To achieve our ambitious goals in the sales of our digital solutions and expert services, 3E is looking for a Sales Development Representative.

At 3E we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. You have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Representing 3E’s SaaS products and expert services, starting with a good understanding of how our solutions meet customer’s needs
  • Continuously engaging with potential customers, building and nurturing the relationship to create qualified leads through different meetings and demos.
    • For 3E Entreprise Solutions, Once qualified by you, turn the leads into opportunities and pass them on to sales in a well-documented manner for a successful follow-up and hopefully closing
    • For 3E transactional solutions, qualify, Negotiate and close deals with potential clients
  • Managing the 3E database:
    • Working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sources to build prospection lists. You complement the use of Sales Navigator with other tools related to lead generation such as Dropcontact, Calendly, Lemlist, etc.
    • enriching it with information to qualify the unknown contacts and updating it on a quarterly basis
    • Updating it on a quarterly basis
  • Coordinating and participating to the elaboration of Nurturing Campaigns addressed to the database contacts.
    • Define the campaign briefs in coordination with the sales team
    • Validate the campaign produced by marketing
    • launch it with Hubspot
    • follow up on the results via e-mails and calls.
  • Reporting with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
  • Maintaining well organized, up-to-date, and accurate prospection information and activity reports in the CRM system

Profile

Our ideal candidate comes with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in sales development, a creative mind and a lot of motivation to develop a career in sales or customer success! Someone who pays attention to details, who is committed to getting better every day and not afraid to ask for help when needed would be a great addition to the team.

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication skills in English and another European language via phone and email
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media (LinkedIn) knowledge
  • Experience with Hubspot or other sales automation and CRM software
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • A B2B and maybe even SaaS background
  • Resilience. You will bump into rejections, it’s a sales job after all. But how do you handle them: give up, or keep going for that ’yes’?
  • Autonomy; no micromanagement here!
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • The ability to research fast

Bonus points for:

  • A positive attitude, a disarming smile, ...anything original that’s part of your unique style and which helps create a nice relationship with prospects
  • Prior experience as a sales development representative with a track record of achieving sales quotes
  • Knowledge of French, German, Spanish, Italian or any other European language
  • Renewable energy industry knowledge
  • Being an intermediate user of designing software tools
