Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a robust commercial strategy tailored to the Belgian market, in collaboration with regional sales teams.
- Provide valuable market insights to senior management, guiding strategic decision-making.
- Ensure transparent and competitive pricing policies to boost market share.
Operational Excellence:
- Lead and empower the sales team, identifying strengths and weaknesses to optimize performance.
- Cultivate relationships with key customers, driving business expansion and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Implement sales initiatives to capture key demographics and drive growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Leadership Attributes:
- Strategic mindset with a drive for results and innovation.
- Ability to attract, develop, and motivate talent.
- Strong negotiation skills and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven track record in change management and commercial excellence.
Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP software, and CRM systems.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
