To support our further growth, we are looking for a ’Sales Manager’ (permanent or freelance) to expand the sales team.
As you know, we are a company that specializes in Identity and Access Management in various markets such as healthcare, government, banking, manufacturing, … and much more.
As the IAM competence center of the Cronos Group, we have over 14 years of experience in IAM and a long track record of successful Identity and Access Management | Access Management | Identity Governance & Administration (IDM/AM/IGA) implementations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is what you will do:
- Your target group is medium-sized to large companies active in various sectors: industry, media, IT, healthcare, public, ...
- As a ’solution seller’ and true ’hunter’, you will focus on lead generation and prospecting.
- You quickly find the decision-makers and you negotiate at a high level with CISO’s, IT Managers, Finance Managers, CIO’s, ...
- You can count on an extensive sales team (bid officer | internal sales | pre-sales). They function as a back-up for the preparation of quotations and correct technical provisions for a potential project.But closing the deal is entirely your responsibility.
- You ensure a correct follow-up of all activities in our CRM system.
In this position you report to the Managing Partner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
This is you:
- Ideally you have a Master/Bachelor in an ICT direction; but high learning and reasoning abilities are at least as good.
- Affinity with and interest in IT area must; as well as a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a similar B2B environment. You can prove this on the basis of a proven track record! Experience with’security solutions’is of course a plus.
- The ’basic sales cycle’ steps in a sales process have no secrets for you and you have excellent communication skills and presentation techniques.
- You are: Customer focus | enterprising | able to work independently | result oriented
- You are multilingual: Dutch - French - English
