Your position as a Sales Operations Support Representative:

You will provide administrative and commercial support to the Sales teams within
You research connectivity of addresses, create order documents, validate them and put them through as orders.
You follow up escalations, building bridges with other departments to find the best solution for the customer.
You work proactively and take ownership in optimizing processes.

Your profile:

You have several years of professional experience preferably in a B2B environment.
You are communicatively strong and very customer-oriented.
You are assertive and constructively critical.
You show sense of initiative.
You are flexible and a good team player.
You have strong logical reasoning skills.
You are solution oriented.
You have a solid knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
