Job description:

  • Negotiate with international clients, CEOs and managers on a daily basis
  • Conduct cold calling, sourcing and prospection for the best available talents within the market
  • Act as a middleman between your future candidates and respected clients
  • Attract unique talented profiles with the help of your sales mentality and negotiation skills
  • Create impressive and creative advertisements in order to become the best Sales Consultant in our Brussels office

Our ideal candidate:

  • Who has an excellent language proficiency in English and French or Dutch
  • Who is dedicated to acquire the skillset of 360-degree recruitment
  • Who is talented at negotiation and has good communication skills
