We are currently looking for two Dutch full timers Sales Representatives in Rotterdam. The areas of focus will be in Noord Brabant and Limburg. Our client is the market leader in Belgium for eco-friendly CO2 water softeners is growing fast across borders and currently recruiting two B-to-B sales people to develop the Dutch market.

Main Tasks
  • Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects.
  • Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams.
  • Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call into prospects generated by variety of outside sources.
  • Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle.
  • Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle.
  • You have a hunter profile, take initiatives, and demonstrate proactivity.
  • You have a successful experience in B-to-B sales and have great listening and closing skills.

Functie-eisen
  • A bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
  • Excellent Dutch and good English.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Wat we bieden
  • A full-time job based on 40 hours.
  • Salary between € 2800-3000 gross per month based on 40 hours.
  • You will receive 1 week of a full training in Belgium at the HQs of the company.

  • You will receive a direct 1 year contract with the company with the possibility of a permanent contract.
