A company active in the FMCG sector is currently looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator to join their offices in Brussels.

As the new Saleforce Administrator, you will act as a trusted advisor and lead collaboration between different stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities as the new Salesforce Administrator will include:

  • Supporting and administrating Day to day Salesforce instance
  • Developing and analysing simple and complex reports from Salesforce based on business needs as requested by sales and sales management team
  • Gathering needs and requirements of the business and design high quality solutions in Salesforce via custom objects, custom fields, workflows and processes
  • Operating testing of system enhancements within a test environment and other quality assurance tasks
  • Being responsible for data cleanliness and establishing and resolving data inaccuracies within our systems

Your profile:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a similar
  • You are fluent in English and French, other languages are considered as a plus
  • You have strong knowledge of Salesforce (3+ years of experience), a knowledge of the Resco application is a plus

Your strengths:

  • You know how to manage projects, own them, set clear milestones and report on them
  • You know how get the entire organization on board in order to implement change
  • You have a Salesforce Admin Certification (or able to get certified within short timeframe)
