The SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) program is looking for a dynamic Support & Training Engineer.
The program has the mission to roll-out worldwide and rapidly good sales processes to the Customer Centers from all business areas, using the SAP Cloud for Customer software package. The C4C Support & Training Engineer will be acting on behalf of the C4C program team. The candidate will ensure a constructive and efficient interaction between the different stakeholders in the C4C program. The Support & Training Engineer will report functionally to the C4C program Support & Training Manager.
The key activities are:
– Provide excellent support towards all live countries of C4C program
– Advise and assist the business key users in C4C problems they and their end-users may encounter, with specific focus on technical issues
– Learn and understand all aspects of the C4C program (C4C solution, rollout approach, training model, change management, support, documentation, and quality procedures)
– Follow up and provide support related to implemented changes, integrations, and/or new releases
– Follow up configuration requirements (template)
– Advise and assist the business area roll-out engineers
– Take initiatives and propose solutions, to work independently
– Work with the team as a real team player, according to the rule that together everybody achieves more
– Learn and be able to independently configure the basis of C4C (UAT/PRD):
o Organizational structures
o Territory management: territory management & territory rules
o Employee & user management
o C4C quote output templates (Adobe Lifecycle Designer)
o Set-up of new code list values (e.g., new payment term)
o Localization (e.g., enable new language in scoping, code list translations)
o Set-up and troubleshoot reports in C4C
– Learn and be able to independently assist in minor ITP configuration related issues
– Participate in the required quality gates
– Train the CRM leads on new functionalities and upcoming changes
– Train the customers via webinars or classroom sessions
– Update the test scenarios based on new or changed functionalities
– Maintain training material and working procedures

Functie-eisen

Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Sales & Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, ideally in a multi-national manufacturing company
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with C4C
  • Experience working in a global environment
  • People and project management experience is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Cloud for Customer of any other CRM-application is a plus
  • Experience with IRPA is a plus
  • Experience in training people, classroom or webinars is a plus
Knowledge/educational requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 3 years on-the-job experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Sales & Marketing processes, governance, and best practice
  • Overal understanding of end-to-end business processes in Sales/Service Companies
  • Fluent in English verbally and written is a must, other languages will be a plus
