Our client, a global biopharma company, inspired by the needs of people living with severe diseases, is looking for a SAP Hana Validation Specialist.

Job Description:

As a full-time SAP HANA Validation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in a core S/4HANA team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth progress of the S/4HANA computer system validation process. This includes daily follow-up on validation status, timely communication with relevant stakeholders, and identifying potential delays or issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve SAP HANA Validation deliverables, including User Requirements Specifications, Validation Requirements Assessment, and more
• Collaborate with the team to assess validation approaches and agree on necessary validation documents
• Conduct Supplier Assessments for HANA Integrator projects and validation tasks.
• Maintain traceability matrices and ensure data integrity
• Review and document defects in Installation, Operational, and Performance Qualification Protocols
• Ensure system interfaces are properly qualified
• Contribute to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans
• Manage system-related training and access roles
• Review audit trails and established processes
• Facilitate periodic reviews and HANA hyper care activities
• Prepare Validation Summary Reports and document defects
• Oversee Data and Process Migration protocols and report defects
• Participate in the creation and implementation of SAP HANA Validation support governance

Requirements:

Technical Knowledge of:

• GAMP 5
• CFR 21 PART 11 - Electronic signature requirements
• GxP Data Integrity requirements for eSystems in the Bio-Pharma industry
• FMEA methodology for risk analysis and mitigations
• Experience with SAP implementation in the BioPharma industry, particularly in the Quality Assurance domain

Soft Skills:

• Strong team player and effective communicator
• Ability to report and escalate project progress and quality issues to senior management
