- At least 3 years experience in Android (Java or Kotlin) development is mandatory.

- Experience with launching a production Flutter app is a must.

- Experience with launching and managing production mobile apps.

- Experience with developing integrations with common APIs.

- Experience with customising libraries.

- Strong focus on app performance.

- Advanced debugging/testing/optimisation skills.

- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms and excellent problem-solving skills.

- Must be a self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in a fluid environment.

- Coding and implementation using best practices to produce high performing/scalable/secured modules.

- Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.

- Working Experience of code quality processes like peer reviews, static code analysis etc.

- Knowledge of Agile processes and methodology.

- Good analytical skills & logical aptitude.

- Good documentation & communication skills is a must.
