For one of our clients in Belgium, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will join our team.

Location: Antwerp

Languages: English

Employment Type: Permanent or Freelance

Start Date: ASAP

Context of the mission / Objective(s) of the job

We are currently looking for a business analyst to support our IT team. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes and be the main contact for business stakeholders, building a bridge between business and the IT team. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Performing requirements gathering & analysis.
  • Documenting and communicating the results.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Support user acceptance testing.
  • Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team.

Requirements:

  • At least 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Fluency in English
  • Communication skills and experience with teamwork and project-oriented work.
  • Strong abstraction ability
  • Able to think and work from the business at a strategic level
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
