Description du poste

As a Senior Electronics Design Engineer, you will:

  • Lead the architecture and development of embedded control systems based on complex customer requirements.
  • Translate high-level system concepts into multidisciplinary designs involving electronics, embedded software, housing, cabling, and communication protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (Hardware, Software, Test, Production, Logistics, Service) and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  • Evaluate and select components, contributing to roadmap decisions and long-term platform strategies.
  • Stay ahead of technological trends and drive the integration of innovative solutions into product designs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in embedded systems design and architecture.
  • Strong understanding of system-level design, compliance standards, and product lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to lead technical discussions and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, initiative, and a strategic mindset.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
