Success of Engineering Projects mostly relies on key individuals demonstrating Intrapreneurial Leadership, and the best way to develop these skills is through hands-on consulting roles—working alongside established intrapreneurs in international companies, contributing to managing stakeholders’ engagement, workflows’ reliability, or solutions’ sustainability.

What happens when Field work operations spiral into delays, resources are misaligned, and critical workflows collapse? As a specialist, you know how essential it is to prevent these failures before they cascade across entire projects.

We would therefore welcome you at AETHER to support Intrapreneurial Projects, as a Medior or Senior Work Preparator and Coordinator:

The scope, here, is ensuring seamless coordination and execution of operations on technical sites, driving the reliability of teams, schedules, and logistics in complex industrial environments.

The Key Responsibilities Expected From Our Consultant Might Include

  • Develop and adjust detailed operation schedules.
  • Secure availability of plans, materials, teams, and site access.
  • Standardize the use of monitoring tools (check-lists, reports).
  • Maintain adherence to schedules and internal standards.
  • Implement improvements from lessons learned and ISO 9001 processes.
  • Identify potential blockers and define adjustments.
  • Verify coherence of team, machine, and vehicle assignments.
  • Monitor equipment flows with logistics.
  • Examine site conditions and raise alerts.
  • Diagnose dysfunctions and evaluate regulation options.
  • Coordinate and participate in preparation and follow-up meetings.
  • Support RA and RC in day-to-day organization.
  • Facilitate teams to strengthen preparation and coordination.
  • Coach site managers to build their skills.

The Experience We Are Actively Looking For

  • Master degree in construction, electricity, or electromechanics
  • At least 5 years of experience in site work, coordination, or execution follow-up
  • Experience in planning, logistics coordination, or project management
  • Strong knowledge of site environments and operational constraints
  • Proficiency with planning tools, Excel, and monitoring systems
  • Ability to read complex plans and technical documents
  • Diplomacy, active listening, anticipation, and rigor
  • Valid work and residence permits for Belgium (mandatory for non-EU candidates)
  • Immediate availability and presence in Belgium are preferred
