Hays is actively looking for a Senior Manager in Zaventem :

For our client, active in the consultancy sector and located in Zaventem, Hays is looking for a Senior Manager.

As a Senior Manager working in the financial services sector, you are a key support and work closely with the clients by helping them from the project’s strategy to its deployment. With your strong industry knowledge you are capable to define the priorities for your clients. You are a strength of proposal during projects and you play an active role in the business development.

The perfect candidate has at least 7 years of experience in a big consulting firm (or in financial services). You speak English and French or Dutch fluently. You are project-oriented and have experience with people management. You have a strong expertise in financial services (bank, insurance, real estate) and can use finance related tools. You are IT minded, have strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
The company offers a permanent contract with a very attractive salary package (company car, hospitalisation insurance, pension plan, etc.). You have a chance to work in dynamic and international company where work/life balance is a priority.
