Location: Belgium

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager of IT Security, Risk, and Compliance to take full ownership of our IT security initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and implementing our cybersecurity strategy and roadmap, ensuring robust risk management, and maintaining compliance with ISO27001 standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cybersecurity Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with our business goals and ensures the protection of our assets.
  • Information Security Management System (ISMS): Establish and manage a new ISMS to enhance our security posture.
  • Risk Analysis and Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify potential threats, and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard our systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO27001 and other relevant regulations and standards.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT security professionals, fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into all aspects of the business.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in IT security, risk management, and compliance within a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity threats, risk analysis, and ISMS implementation.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
