Senior Product Owner

About us

Jaimy is a young scale-up looking for a Senior Product Owner. You’ll be a key player in leading the developments of our digital product, in the form of web applications. We’re creating a platform for homeowners, for professionals, and an internal back-office tool.

As our Product Owner, you will have a pivotal role in making sure that we make exactly the right product decisions in the near future.

Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain a super-efficientpipeline to gather and organize the product needs, coming from our operations department, directly from our customers, from our salespeople, ...

• In close collaboration with the Engineering, Marketing, Operations etc: prioritize product needsbased on the value they will bring to our customers and the effort estimated to deliver them.

• Elaborate these product needs into well-defined milestones, epics, and stories.

• Setup and maintain a solid planningof our development efforts in JIRA.

• Facilitating all the SCRUM Agile ceremonies.

• Make sure the development work runs as smooth as a baby’s bottom, and unblock stuff that is blocked, by (re)organizing work and by finding smart solutions, by cooperating with our devs and other team members.

Attitude

• You want to join a scale-up and you are not afraid to have a lot of variety and uncertainty in your job

• You have an eye for detail; you are very structured, yet you can be pragmatic

• You quickly adapt to new priorities, are willing to do what adds the most value to Jaimy at a given time

• You have good written and verbal communication skills (in English, Dutch or French are a plus)

• You are open-minded, curious, and motivated
