The bpost future will be challenging since the COVID-19 crisis isn’t over and the transformation of our business is also accelerating. Today, psycho-social prevention has a strong reputation in curative interventions. However, during this exceptional year, various preventive actions such as webinars, webcasts, team coaching were organized by the psychosocial prevention expertise center. The importance of those actions have become evident and to increase our well-being culture, we have to evolve quickly in the expansion of our preventive approach.

Within this story we are looking for a Senior Project Manager Prevention & Healthwithin the team Prevention (HR&O).

Analysis of the business needs

Based on the information that are available around mental health (such as risk analysis, surveys, etc.), and in collaboration with the team of social workers and prevention advisors, you identify and prioritize the various subjects (individual, private or work-related problems) that need to be addressed with preventive actions in order to increase mental health within the organisation.

Project Management

For each identified topic, you define the approach (methodological choice, actions targets, tactic, communication channels, …), and develop the associated content in a ‘raw’ format that will then be translated into the form of sensibilisation actions, communication campaigns, training sessions, available material, etc. You are responsible for the implementation and success of the initiatives and you ensure the follow-up of your projects.

You combine a very good knowledge of bpost’s different BU’s and activities (corporate, regional, national) with good Project Management skills, an analytical mindset and strong communication skills.

  • You have a strong will to develop your expertise in well-being, prevention and health at work.
  • You are a dedicated worker and have demonstrated in previous experiences to take ownership and build autonomy to carry out assignments to completion, while at the same time cooperating well within the team to jointly build the full picture.
  • You get energy from realising things & coordinating actions. You enjoy working on project modus and can rely on strong project management skills.
  • You are an analytical person, able to dive deep into the details and work with data, while also keeping the overview and the hands-on approach to establish the link with our operations. You can think conceptually and assess the implications of your analysis.
  • Communication is mostly in French and Dutch, but if you also want to work at the group level, you should be able to communicate fluently in English.
