Qualifications

  • University degree
  • 3+ years recruiting experience with direct sourcing
  • Working knowledge of modern recruiting strategies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to take initiative with little direction
  • Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Desire to continuously improve the way we hire, discover distinctive talent and provide an exceptional candidate experience

Who You’ll Work With

You will be based in Brussels and be part of our Experienced Professional Hub which includes the opportunity to partner with multiple practices. You will work in partnership with our internal clients hiring into Brussels. As a utility player, you’ll gain great exposure across different client groups and will build a uniquely broad perspective of the roles they firm has to offer.

What You’ll Do

You will work with internal clients to develop talent attraction strategies. This includes, determining hiring targets, developing profiles and specifications, and recommending improvement opportunities.
You will plan, coordinate, and drive hiring activities. This includes, overseeing the full hiring life cycle, using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, posting, and referrals to attract and develop candidate interest.
You will be involved and responsible for broader value-add projects. As a subject matter expert, you will develop and share best practices and work with other recruiters to coordinate ongoing activities and events.
