Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Scientist in Vector Manufacturing. As a Senior Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research and development activities in the field of vector manufacturing for cell and gene therapies. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing and optimizing vector production processes, ensuring efficient vector manufacturing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in vector manufacturing for cell and gene therapies
  • Experience in designing and optimizing vector production processes
  • Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations and guidelines
  • Lentiviral vector manufacturing
  • Track record of collaboration with CDMO
  • Contributed to IN/Regulatory filing
  • Authored CMC section for regulatory filings
  • Proficiency in aseptic techniques and cell culture methods
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in process development and technology transfer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
  • Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or related field
