We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Social Media Creative to lead digital storytelling in our growing team. In this role, you will harness your deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviour to craft captivating and innovative content that amplifies our brand’s presence.
As a seasoned creative, you will mentor others as well as conceptualise and execute strategic social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and foster meaningful connections with our target audience. Your expertise in visual design, copywriting, and video production will bring our brand narrative to life across multiple digital channels.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will provide creative direction, mentorship, and inspire a culture of innovation. You will stay at the forefront of emerging trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to push creative boundaries and deliver exceptional results.
A passion for food and cooking would also be a huge plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the global efforts for our client’s social media platforms
  • Content creation: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to drive audience engagement and brand awareness; create monthly content calendars for all social media channels
  • Copywriting: create persuasive & on-brand copy for social media posts, ads, and campaigns
  • Production follow-up (from briefing the designers, to challenging the assets and ensuring quality)
  • Supervise production processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Shoot social native content, including photos and videos, to enhance the visual appeal of the client’s social media presence
  • Communication & collaboration: collaborate closely with the media, strategy and project management teams to integrate creative elements effectively

REQUIREMENTS
  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written); additional European languages preferred
  • Proven experience as a social media and creative professional, preferably in a global or EMEA context
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills
  • Proficiency in production supervision and content shooting
  • Solid understanding of content strategy and its impact on brand objectives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of media and advertising concepts is a plus
