Job Description

The client is looking for a solution architect with experience in the (I) OT domain. Our solution architects determine the right solution based on the captured business drivers & needs, both technical, functional, organizational, and service provision. The architect can work independently and build a network and support within the organization.

Context

Digitalization is continuing in all branches of Client: for electricity and gas, but also for public lighting, sewerage, and heating. More and more sensors and actuators are being installed that supply information/data to the OT domain (SCADA) as well as supply data to IT to be analysed there with the necessary actions as a result. The solution architect will help guide the transition from the classic design, as it is currently implemented at Client, to a modern architecture.

Specific Skills

Demonstrable experience in determining (I)oT architecture

Demonstrable experience with Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure

Demonstrable experience in Security & Privacy

Demonstrable experience with innovation processes (POC, POV, etc.) up to and including industrialization of the solutions

Sector Skills

Demonstrable experience in a similar business context

Demonstrable experience in the Belgian energy sector General Skills

Demonstrable experience as a Solution Architect: Senior levels and years of experience

Demonstrable knowledge and experience of Modeling techniques (Archimate, Togaf, UML, Sparx EA
