Job Description
  • Design and develop steel frame and offsite construction products, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Research and innovate in the design process, seeking continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance material production and assembly processes.
  • Utilize advanced design software for detailed specifications and prototypes.
  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
The Successful Applicant
  • A Master’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in steel structure/facade design and engineering.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovative design skills.
  • Knowledge in parametric design and programming, proficiency in design software.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from concept to production.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of mentoring junior staff.
