Traxxeo is a SaaS scale-up working on becoming a European leader in the digital transformation of the constrution industry. Traxxeo develops a selection of digital tools (e.g. digital timesheets, on-site personel security app, geolocation software) leveraging the internet of things & artificial intelligence to help its customers focus on their core business.

Tasks
  • You document and track open customer issues, communicate status to customers by phone or email, follow- up with customers to verify solutions are successful.
  • You analyze complex problems, research solutions in cooperation with development team, escalate issues as required.
  • You communicate clearly with clients and build strong relationships.
  • You act as a resource, mentor and trainer for support employees with less experience.
  • You help to set up customer accounts.
  • You detect, report, investigate product defects. You work with R&D team to fix product defects and improve solutions.
  • You are the link between the project manager, developers and the client.
Requirements
  • You have a degree in Technical studies (Degree in computer Science or engineering).
  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in a software development company.
  • You have an engineering background: general computer and network knowledge, experience in maintaining complex computer systems (Database, Process control/supervision, Remote access tools such as RDP, FTP, Automation via scripts, Data analysis via SQL...).
  • You can understand a physical data model and have an operational knowledge of SQL. Oracle knowledge is an asset (Administration, PL/SQL).
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • You are fluent in French and English, Dutch is an asset.
  • You have an agile mindset, willingness to learn, process oriented and problem-solving.
  • You are a self-driven and motivated person, who can manage his time and projects independently.
