For our Schneider Electric NV/SA division, we are looking for a Sensor Application Specialist who works for the region of BeNe, based in Brussels, Belgium

Your meaningful purpose

• Expert in Industrial Sensors and their applications.
• Provide excellent technical support pre and after sales.
• Provide a technical level of expertise to customers, relations, whole sales channel partners and colleagues.
• Prepare and Conduct materials (documents, hardware, software), trainings, demonstration and do this internally and externally for OEM, IEUS, Whole Sales Distribution Channel partners, Internally.
• Provide a technical trainings, demonstrations, and tests on-site
  
  

Your Daily Task And Responsibilities

• Handle sensor customer, SAS, CCC requests within fixed timeframes.
• Run campaigns initiated by Marketing Teams (SE NL, SE B, TE Sensors CWE) / TE Sensors CWE management. Finding and winning new customers/relations, follow-up free-sample campaigns or any other campaign.
• Strong corporation within BeNe TE Sensors team. 1+1=3.
• Strong contribution to BeNe TE Sensors team sales results.
• New customer acquisition.
• Customer visits.
• Support from inside the SAS BeNe with planned visits, customer quotations, internal communications, internal process support follow up reference creations, activations, ...
• Key support role for coordination delivery issues, quality issues, end of life campaigns, SAC requests,
• Implement resources for team BeNe (demonstration setup, test kits/setup, researches/test application solutions)
• Update/Create PowerPoint presentations for local (BeNe) needs and fitting into local demands.
• Update/Create PowerPoint presentations for whole sales channel partner trainings.
• Animate distribution channel while executing pull actions.
• Provide expertise, update teams BeNe, CWE with application solutions, sales solutions, sales changes.
• Act like an industrial sensor’s specialist verbal, writing, approach
• Act as the dedicated contact of a customer until the customer is satisfied and or won an order.
• Detect sales opportunities for team TE Sensors BeNe
• Follow up the new innovations, product evaluations, launches, end-of life, trainings organized within TE Sensors.
• Facilitate knowledge exchange between various SE inside teams, CCC, PAE, …
  
  

Working relationships

Reports to: Team Leader Ton Clarijs

Peer Relationships: SAS BeNe – CWE marketing team – CWE SAS team

Other Relationships:

• Internal – Sales departments (OEM/IEUS teams), PAE departments, Marketing departments, Local L1and CCC, Prang L3, R&D and SAC in Angouleme, SE NL, and B inside sales teams.
• External – Whole Sales Channel Partners – OEM via whole sales channel partners – IEUS Industrial End Users - 3rd party companies if part of the solution.

• Fast closing/response/answer time and satisfaction of clients.
• Number generated new leads, opportunities, relations
  
  

Job environment

• Travel requirements: BeNe zone + CWE zone +by customer request/need
• International team working
