We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to drive excellence in service delivery processes, ensure high customer satisfaction, and lead our service teams.
As a Service Delivery Manager, you are guaranteed a varied day. A typical few days could see a standup meeting with your delivery team in the morning, discussing the latest results and improvements made for the customer. An online or onsite meeting with the customer in the afternoon, discussing their roadmap, together with a Plat4mation specialist that you invited. After the meeting, you might be following a quick training on service strategy or align with the innovation team you are part of, creating the next service offering to help your customers grow further.

Scope of work:
- Manage all service delivery processes and procedures for your customers
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective service delivery
- Establish and maintain service levels
- Manage and develop customer relationships
- Lead and manage service delivery teams
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and report on service delivery metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
We ask
- Fluency in Dutch and English; French and German are an additional plus.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fields such as Customer Service, Project Management, IT support, People Management, with proven experience working directly with customers.
- Experience with tools and systems such as the ServiceNow Platform or ITSM tools, Microsoft suite, reporting tools, and project management software.
- Knowledge of process improvement and change management.
- You find satisfaction by working with people and are result-oriented.
- An inquisitive mind that is continuously seeking ways to improve our service delivery and enhance the value we provide to customers
- Good understanding of SaaS & PaaS enterprise solutions
