Job Description:

Client is looking for a ServiceNow Developerto support a key public financial institution in strengthening and expanding its Enterprise Service Management platform.

Your mission:

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be involved in the ongoing development, support, and optimization of the institution’s ServiceNowinfrastructure, primarily focused on the ITSM module.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining functionalities and applications based on clearly defined business needs.

  • Creating and maintaining integrations with other IT systems and infrastructure components.

  • Providing user support and, when necessary, delivering demos or training sessions.

  • Maintaining and developing user-oriented features such as documentation, reports, and dashboards.

  • Supporting the broader rollout and adoption of the ServiceNow platform across the organization.

Your profile:

Education & Experience:

  • Initial hands-on experience in structured environments where ITSM processes are central.

  • You have received training in several areas of the ServiceNow platform.

  • ServiceNow certificationsare a strong asset.

Languages:

  • You communicate fluently in Frenchor Dutch, with a working knowledge of the other language.

  • Englishis used professionally and should be well mastered.

Technical Skills:

  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow, particularly the ITSMmodule.

  • Ability to build integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.

  • Experience with reporting tools and dashboard creation within ServiceNow.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical mindset and customer-oriented approach.

  • Motivated, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions or seek support.

  • Proactive and collaborative team player with a constructive mindset.

  • Flexible and able to switch between priorities and tasks when needed.

  • Clear communicator, structured, and solution-oriented when dealing with stakeholders.
