Job Purpose
As part of the SHINGRIX brand team, the Global Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of the SHINGRIX global commercial strategy and operational plan. This should be done through close collaboration with selected priority areas and LOCs, and through cross-functional collaboration at the global level as part of the Global Commercial Team.
Key Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Provide input to the strategic and operational business plan, develop and pull through global marketing materials built on key customer/consumer, competitive insights, ensuring full engagement with key markets
- Deliver best-in-class integrated digital customer experiences to drive growth aligned with GSK DDCx (Data Driven Customer Experience) framework
- Understand the Customer Journey and relevant digital solutions to address customer’s needs
- Track and report upon the impact of digital deliverables at a global or local level
- Follow GSK approval processes to ensure that all digital marketing and communications activities are compliant
- Partner with LOCs to ensure the global to local utilization rates are at the required standards, and campaigns are analysed and tracked for quick course correction if needed
- Drive the agencies involved in campaign development and coordinate development in close collaboration with medical, and drive the approval process for additional content in Content Lab
- Work with the analytics team to further develop and measure the KPIs
- Able to assess potential risks for the performance and trust objectives and ensure a solid mitigation plan and performance tracking in place
- Establish strong working relationships with Global Brand teams, MOC, Agencies, Tech and third parties
- Operate within agreed marketing budgets
Basic Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences
- >3 years of business or commercial experience in life sciences and >3 years in pharma, healthcare or closely related industry
- Strong track record in commercial and marketing & execution
- Experience with developing and implementing campaigns through different channels including digital, offline and face to face. Experience with management of agencies
- Exceptional communication skills
- Prior launch and/or global experience, consumer marketing is a plus
- CIM Digital Marketing Diploma or local equivalent
- Experience in the vaccines market
- Strong experience with DDCx projects
- Project management experience
- An optimistic team player with the ability to work within a matrix team.
- Good project management skills with a high level of pro-activity.
- Well-developed influencing and negotiating skills.
- Drive for performance, discipline on execution & tracking results & meet deadlines.
- Capacity to network effectively and build strong relationships across different countries, cultures and functions.
