• With your leadership and management skills, you will be responsible for efficiently leading, coaching, and motivating your team.
• You will oversee store inventory, create work schedules, and analyze sales figures and reports, ensuring that the store remains organized and clean at all times.
• You will prepare new collections and ensure smooth take-down sales.
• You will communicate effectively within your team, with customers, and with your direct supervisors.
• You will be responsible for visual merchandising in your store and presenting our products in the Think2 style.
• Providing excellent customer service is crucial: you will always set a good example and be actively involved in assisting customers during their shopping experience.

• You have experience in a leadership role and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• You are proactive and enjoy taking on responsibility.
• Customers and colleagues come first for you – you are always friendly and helpful.
• You thrive on turning clear objectives into visible results.
• You can communicate in multiple languages.
