Social Media Expert

Your main duties will be:

• Manage the client’s social media community - Interact with community members and customers in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and keep the community alive
• Gathering, analysing, and interpreting social media data, using the analytics tools providing (with a focus on uncovering actionable insights that will optimise the social media strategy),
• Providing both regular and ad hoc reporting, analysis, and insights around social behaviour, social advertising opportunities, and social campaign performance.
• Monitoring social media performance,
• Providing support and guidance to the Social Media Network members on social media performance and monitoring,
• Analysing key trends in relevant content and activity,
• Evaluating the impact of social media initiatives.

If you have

• Good writing skills in English,
• Strong drafting and analytical skills,
• Solid knowledge/understanding of EU affairs and priority topics of the European Commission,
• Capacity to work under time constraints,
• Experience in using social media analytics tools,
• At least 1 year of experience working with social media and community management,
• Good organisational and presentation skills,
• Advantage if the candidate has concrete experience with analytics tools such as Socialbakers and/or Talkwalker.
