With our solutions we help Legal, Tax, HSE and HR professionals to make decisions that allow them to perform their daily job efficiently.The jobAs a Software Advisor you guide your clients with the installation and configuration of our software on their own network and you are their first point of contact for technical or functional questions about our product.
  • You are responsible for the correct implementation of our applications and tools so our clients can make optimal use of our software.
  • You go on site to the customer’s location, or you work remotely.
  • You are responsible for your own projects and can manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • You support the customer in the use and updates of our applications as well as the training (on site or online). By doing this, you ensure that our customers make maximum use of the functionalities of our products.
When you are not with your client, you support the customers who already use DLex by answering the questions they ask online or by email through our support tools. You also provide support to the sales team in the final phase of the sale to refine and finalize the quote.As a Software Advisor you are actively working throughout Belgium. You can work from our office in Mechelen or Liège and you can also work from home (3d/week). You report to the Service Manager DLex.Your profile
  • Preferably, you obtained a bachelor’s degree or similar by experience
  • You have an affinity/interest in ICT (IT infrastructure, SQL, BI tools, …) and you are willing to learn more in different domains.
  • You like to work in a customer-oriented way, and you like to look for improvements in certain processes.
  • You have a positive mindset, and you don’t hesitate to give training to the customers about programs that you will implement with them.
  • You express yourself fluently in French. Good understanding of English & Dutch, both written and oral, are a big plus!
