Job Title: Software Specialist ChatBots

Contract Duration: 13 Months

Languages: English, French

Location: Namur, Belgium

Job Description:

As part of the mission, the profile is expected to carry out the following tasks:

· Participate in preliminary analyses:

· Analysis of the ChatBots market (candidate benchmark / participation in demos).

· Exploration of the current and future technical environment ecosystem and the resources included in terms of ChatBot by the various Cloud hosting providers selected by them.

· Definition of the content processed by the service and the effective scope of the ChatBot.

· Participation in reflection on ergonomics.

· Develop the POC based on these preliminary analyzes in cooperation with the internal and external operational and IT teams, then improve this POC so that it becomes a tool that can be integrated into production.

· Collaborate in project monitoring,

· Assistance in defining and monitoring the action plan

· Project management assistance

· Monitoring the use of the tool implemented and identifying areas for improvement.

· In addition to these tasks, the profile will also participate in communication and support on the use of the ChatBot, as well as in all useful meetings as part of the mission with stakeholders.
