Position

Within our Merchandising department, you are responsible for the image of the brand. In this field it is very important to strictly follow and execute the brand guidelines in order to create the best in-store visibility.

As Merchandising intern, you will be supporting the Merchandising Manager Benelux, and will be part of the Trade & Merchandising Benelux team. Together with an intern in Rotterdam, you will be assisting in multiple Merchandising activities. We are looking for an intern for 6 months, on a full-time basis.

Job responsibilities

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Be To

  • Assist with local merchandising creative briefs (visual updates, etc.)
  • Assist with local merchandising event initiatives (podiums, pop-ups, etc.)
  • Work with multiple suppliers to manage and follow-up on maintenance requests
  • Prepare bi-monthly merchandising guidelines and files for the field (team)
  • Execute and co-ordinate the process of informing all POS about the latest merchandising planograms
  • Send and co-ordinate local merchandising productions
  • Assist in the Merchandising execution of new launches

Profile

  • You are currently studying Marketing/Communication/Business
  • You are still enrolled at school
  • Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus
  • Great eye for detail
  • Well-organized
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office pack (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Creative with a sense of aesthetics (need to be able to respect and carry out the brand’s guidelines and image)
  • Knowledge of the house of Parfums Christian Dior and its products
