Het doel van de rol

Preventief en correctief onderhoud van de productie-installaties, gebouwen en Utlilities uitvoeren, om zo de betrouwbaarheid van de installaties te verhogen en de downtime tot een minimum te beperken. Mogelijke risico’s op gebied van veiligheid en kwaliteit detecteren, inschatten en escaleren indien nodig. Advies en technische ondersteuning geven aan de verschillende afdelingen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Preventief onderhoud en inspecties zelfstandig uitvoeren.
  • Correctief onderhoud zelfstandig uitvoeren.
  • correct documenteren van werkzaamheden
  • Verbeter voorstellen initiëren
  • onder supervisie meewerken aan verbeter projecten.
  • Nieuwe Werkinstructies testen en optimaliseren.
  • Materiaal lijsten opstellen verbeteren voor preventieve onderhoudstaken
  • Elektrische schema’s controleren en aanpassen
  • Assisteren bij projecten

    • Vereisten

  • Hoger Secundair technisch onderwijs (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • BA5
  • 2 jaar ervaring in gelijke rol of meer dan 5 jaar ervaring binnen het bedrijf
  • MS office
  • grondige kennis van mechanisch, elektrisch en pneumatisch onderhoud
  • Automatisatie (PLC sturingen, Robotica, BMS,…)
  • Instrumentatie
  • HVAC installaties
  • Verpakkingsmachines
  • cGMP
  • CMMS system (Computerized Maintenance Management System, Shire of SAP)
  • Nederlands
  • Engels (basis)
