Job DescriptionAs a pharmaceutical production site we are manufacturing 230 mio units of eye drops, eye-ointments, visco-elastic syringes and biotech pharmaceuticals. As a Supply Chain Project manager you will drive the Novartis Operational Standard for Supply Chain Excellence program a way of working that will improve the end-to-end Novartis Supply Chain both in terms of customer satisfaction and operating efficiency and effectiveness, that ensures these 230 mio units arrive on time, every time.
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the site certification of A-Class within the approved timeline
- Establish the project workstream structure as per NOSSCE guidelines
- Define and monitor the project plan together with the task team leaders to deliver A-Class on site
- Lead the project team and manage the task teams deliverables
- Establish and facilitate the local project governance including a local NOSSCE Steering Committee
- Work closely with the Site Head and Site Leadership team to drive and deliver A-Class performance
- Responsible to assess current process/performance of task teams status against the project plan
- Serves as primary contact point to the global NOSSCE program management
- Leads the site monthly progress update providing an accurate and realistic project status (progress against plan deliverables, KPI performance, project risks etc) to the global NOSSCE governance structure
- Drives together with the project team and SLT the implementation of the NOSSCE Principles on site
- Propose and manage the budget allocated to the program
- Management of internal and external stakeholders
- Provide NOSSCE training/education sessions for site team and newcomers
- Support in RCI for supply related issues and assess remediation plans.
- Support the Global Business Process Owners (GBPOs) / Business Process Owners (BPOs) Operating Network
- Lead the timely preparation and submission of all required documentation for A-Class pre-assessment and final assessment.
- Identify and communicate global NOSSCE requirements to support sustainability
- Support the readiness of SAP super users within business processes
- Support the execution of NOSSCE annual training plan
- Ensure a consistent approach to presentation material used for both internal and external communication

Minimum Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in a technical or economic field.
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Experience in supply chain complemented by experience in project management and process optimization.
- Manufacturing experience, preferably in a GMP environment.
- Strong communication skills, proactive, analytical and able to influence.
- Experience with planning strategies and forecasting.
- Experience with development and re-engineering of logistics processes, with an emphasis on lead time reductions
