The Supply Coordination Manager with a transversal orientation will be the main connection between the Supply Execution team, Quality Assurance & Quality Control departments and the Secondary Production sites, for the activities of Formulation, FVI and MVI. This function will support the QA & QC departments and the Secondary Production sites with the identification and coordination of supply priorities within their respective scopes.
On weekly basis, the Supply Coordination Manager Transversal will consolidate all escalations and prioritisations from the Secondary Manufacturing Production Units (MPUs) and feed these into the SCIM process, while translating the outcome of the SCIM cycle into a clear cascade and action log for the QA & QC departments and the Secondary MPUs. Proactive issue management is happening through other governances like the QC Control Tower, etc
Your responsibilities:
- You are responsible to provide the ‘Supply’ view into the Supply Coordination Management process to enable fact based decision making
- You drive the alignment and coordination between the Supply Execution team, QA & QC departments and the Secondary Production sites to anticipate/mitigate Supply issues and escalations
- You act as the central point of escalation regarding supply issues for the Secondary MPUs of Formulation, FVI and MVI
- You translate decisions coming out of the SCIM process into concrete action plans for the QA & QC departments (provides QC, QA Release and Submission priorities) and the Secondary MPUs
- You execute Stock Analysis for P050 stocks in order to anticipate issues arriving
- You manage push flow of stocks from BE site to MTT site
- You attend the weekly QC Control Tower meeting
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
University Degree with specialization in Supply Chain Management- 1-3 years of experience in Operations Management in an international or global context, within pharmaceutical or FMCG supply chain Industry.
Following dimensions are key:
- Operational and management experience in Supply Chain processes and supporting systems with large organizations within an international business environment
- Project management: Demonstrable knowledge of project management methodology and implementations
- Performance management: proven track record in delivering the targeted business results
- Experienced in stakeholder management
- Excellent written and spoken English is a must
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recognized professional qualification/certification in Supply Chain preferred (e.g. APICS certification, etc.…)
- Knowledge of cGxP requirements is an asset
